1945 – Bianca Perez Morena De Macias Jagger, born on the 2nd of May in Managua, Nicaragua. She is a social and political activist made famous by having married Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones.
1971 – On the 12th of May while She was four months pregnant the couple married in a Roman Catholic ceremony in Saint Tropez France she became the first wife of Mick Jagger.
1979 – She visited Nicaragua with an International Red Cross delegation and was shocked by the brutality and oppression that the Somoza regime carried out there.
1980 – She fought to instruct the public about the military interventions, supported by the United States, which were directed against the Sandinista regime in Nicaragua and which brought much suffering of ordinary people.
1994 – Earned the United Nations Earth Day award.
1997 – Received the Green Globe award from the Rain Forest Alliance for her efforts on behalf of saving tropical rain forests, an "Abolitionist of the Year" award from the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty.
2004 – Earned the Right Livelihood Award for her commitment in ‘campaigning over a wide range of issues of human rights, social justice and environmental protection.
2006 – She was nominated for founding councillor of the World Future Council.
2007 – In March, she became involved with Sarah Teather and the campaign to close Guantanamo Bay.
